Ira Bennett, Inc.("IBI") provides forward planning, site selection, land acquisition and project management services to the real estate development and banking industry, and to public entities such as school districts and transportation agencies.

The company has, for the past 23 years, served as the Acquisition and Entitlement arm of Cobblestone Homes, Inc., a land development and home building firm based in Sonoma County, California.

A newly developed, cutting edge GIS system for land acquisition and site analysis, and a company airplane, have enabled us to successfully expand our operating range throughout California.
