Ira Bennett is Founder and Owner of Ira Bennett, Inc., specializing in feasibility analysis, site selection, land acquisition, forward planning and project management for builders and developers in California.  In addition, a division of Ira Bennett, Inc. serves public agencies, including school districts and transportation agencies, with similar services.  For the past 23 years, Ira Bennett, Inc. has served as the Land Acquisition and Project Management arm of Cobblestone Homes, Inc., a land development and home building firm headquartered in Santa Rosa, California. Mr. Bennett is currently working with three lenders to evaluate and create strategic exit strategies for non-performing residential assets.
